It is placed at Diponegoro Street, No. 10, Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. It is build in 1974 and introduced on March, 16 th 1977. This museum conserves Minangkabau culture objects like the traditional weapons, traditional clothing, traditional building, arts, etc. With all of its collection, this museum is also called Mini Park of West Sumatra. The tourists can look up for education, cultural and historic recreation in one in this museum. Aside from Indonesian, there are also foreign tourists.
